Dr. Johnson is the best. He takes time to address all my concerns and worries about everything I need to talk to him about. I don’t know what I would I do if I had to change Dr.s. We changed insurance companies to be able to get him back. We would recommend him to anyone.

Was a follow up visit to review my labs. Had several questions which were answered. Had a hard time getting this appointment – was on a cancellation list for an appointment so that I didn’t have to wait to go over my labs which had some concerning items. As with any doctor anymore it is very hard to get an appointment in a timely manner which is very fretful and concerning. I was grateful a spot came available for me to get in.

I love Dr. Johnson’s approach to health care. He heard what I said about my feelings on any treatments for my medical conditions and made what I believe are practical recommendations for my health. He recommended some supplements to add to what I already take but knowing how I feel about prescription medicine he didn’t push me to start on any prescription drugs. In that regard he respects the patients wishes. So glad to have him as my new Primary Care Physician. I look forward to seeing what can help me accomplish with my health.

Dr. Johnson is very nice just like his dad. He spoke with me about both the issues I had originally made my appointment for. Even though, the nursing assistant said he would not. My appointment was scheduled for the 11th, but when I arrived they said no it’s the 12th. This is the second time this has happened with my scheduling. The girl at the front window. Is also far from friendly. A doctors staff can be a downfall to his practice. My family are long time patients and will continue to be. However, not all people feel as I do about customer service.

I showed up to my appointment a little early and they got my vitals and into a room prior to my appointed time. Dr. Johnson came in shortly afterwards, he went over what he need to and explained everything. He even spend a little time just chitchatting, I know he’s busy, I do appreciate that.

Covered a lot of areas -satisfied after getting filled in on a cancellation. Net apt. was not going to be until mid July. Appointment I had made some time earlier I cancelled because as I was informed it was only to meet with a PA and go over my medications. I never made that kind of appointment which would have been a waste of my time as well as the Assistants time. So was glad to get in earlier.

Speaking on my father’s behalf, Dad, a Korean War combat veteran 93 years of age, is being treated respectfully, gently and with clear concern for his overall health. He feels heard, he matters, and finds great comfort in seeing the same doctor every time he visits. For myself, I will say that the entire office staff is friendly, organized, pays attention, and on the whole, demonstrate the happiness one likes to see in a doctor’s office, which tends to indicate that they, too, are respected, treated and paid well. I’m so grateful he is Dr Johnson’s patient.

Appt went well, dr Spencer’s funny so we had a nice visit. Only complaint, My husband and I just celebrated 51 years of marriage so I don’t mind at all being with my husband but, I like my dr appts one on one and when I asked the nurse to be in separate rooms I was told no, I want you to be in this room together. THere was a student resident in the room also, it’s hard to talk about the little things when you have an audience .

Dr Johnson was a great surprise to me. I’m used to walking out of a doctor’s appointment with more questions than answers. Dr Johnson was very informative and was very thorough. I have never been in a doctor’s office where everyone is so nice . I moved here from Cda Idaho 3 months ago and I had to find a primary care dr I was nervous cause when you have seen your dr back home you know them and have been with them forever ..Dr johnson was so nice .He took his time with me and his PA was so nice too ..I would recommend him to anyone who needs a primary care. Dr. Spencer entered exam room right on time. This was very important to me because the last doctor I scheduled an appointment with somewhere else left me waiting for him for 45 minutes before I walked out. Dr. Spencer was also able to evaluate an ongoing issue I’ve had for years, and knew right away what it was and how to treat it whereas other doctors have just kinda shrugged me off. This will be my new PCP, and I couldn’t be happier.

Dr Johnson has been my Dr for years and has always listened to my concerns and helped me get through a lot of tough times ( menopause etc) I always felt he listened to me and I never felt like he rushed me through an appt. My husband started going to him and is very pleased with the care he received. We’re going to miss him as he is retiring from his practice here in Reno. I recently had the thermo test scan done at Dr Johnson’s office. In my follow up appointment we went over everything he seen on the scan. He immediately took everything in and came up with a plan (vitamins, oils and cellular defense) to help in the area that showed up potential problems I could have down the line. I have been with Dr Johnson for over 20 years and have always felt like I was being taken care of to his fullest extent. I have seen his other doctors on occasion and feel like it rolls down from the top. I ask lots of questions and take up lots of his time. And he and his office are always very supportive and patient. (And I adore Samantha and Roxie)

Jeanette Lambdin, APRN cares!!! The last couple of visits with Mrs. Lambdin have been great. Jeanette always listens to me attentively and genuinely cares about my well-being. With all the things going on in the world today and the lack of great service, Jeannette definitely surpasses all my expectations plus more. She is very thorough with her diagnosis and I am very happy with the way she has game plans to address the issues that I am having. I highly recommend Jeanette Lambdin to anyone that feels like they are treated like a number at their other health care provider. I also want to give a Kudos to Dr. Joseph Johnson and Dr. Spencer Johnson for getting me in a couple of months ago for same day service for a recurring shoulder issue and getting me in for a cortisone shot that day for really bad pain. It was much appreciated. I also want to thank all the staff for the great service also. I am truly blessed to have all these great people in my life.
